The error shows that it refers to a connection error, which matches the fact that it is not autodetecting

May be your strip it is connected to another server or it is not compatible, distance problem, and others

i am able to connect to it using gatttools, is there some incompatibility issue with HA running on Virtualbox and Ble devices

Issue fixed, as i thought the virtual box didn't have access to my Bluetooth device, now it works perfectly, its very nice, thanks for making and sharing it :)
