Is it ok to comment in closed arguments?
Right now the system allows this, at least for staff members.

The email sent when someone comments on one of your arguments is not translated.

Logo image must say Consulta Publica and not "argentina.gob.ar".

• Verify if anything else can be added or should be removed

• Public name should be changed from "Autor" to "Mesa"
