When a user shares a file, if it hasn't been downloaded by another peer, it will be ephemeral. That means, once they close their browser tab, cli process, or computer, the data will disappear.

We can detect:

• how many peers have completely downloaded and are currently sharing a dat.
• for each peer, how much of the dataset they'v downloaded in percentage

We can notify the user if someone else is downloading their data and when it is completely downloaded but thats a separate issue - see #11.

There seems to be three types of health:

1. RED; DANGER; no one is sharing this dataset, or you are the only person sharing this dataset.
2. YELLOW; CAUTION; one person is sharing this dataset that isn't you. If they stop, its gone.
3. GREEN; GOOD TO GO; two or more people are sharing this dataset. You can safely stop sharing.

I think we should only support the latest version of Chrome for now, until we have more robust testing on other browsers.
