Add an option to make it possible to pass flags to vala.

Sometimes you want to use something like byte[][] as parameter or return type.
Not possible yet, but could be in the future!

The specification of a Java package should be optional!

The java file generated is named as "/" and hence stored at the root directory.

Implement option to pass additional compiler flags.

Currently the verbose output goes out by using stdout printf which seems to be the wrong way because it is not printed immediately.
Find a way that prints directly.

Static vala methods do not have an instance parameter in the c version.
Currently it is generated with an instance parameter and will crash on call or not even compile.

Release float and double arrays like you do with int array in jnifiles.vala

If you use string[] or int[] as return type, it will compile, but crash at runtime with a SEGFAULT something in java...
