Request::current()->param() does not returns controller and action from url!
So on page /admin/cities/page55?country=A&... becomes into /admin/pageXX?country=A&..

In Pagination class after
// Assign default route params
$this->_route_params = $request->param();

add:
$this->_route_params['directory'] = strtolower($request->directory());
$this->_route_params['controller'] = strtolower($request->controller());
$this->_route_params['action'] = strtolower($request->action());

P.S. strtolower to remove "CamelCase".
