As promised in the paper, months ago:

A proof-of-concept implementation is developed. The most recent version of the source code can be downloaded from the GitHub website https://github.com/dasec/ext4-timestamp-magic. The implementation confirms that data can be securely hidden in ext4 volumes without interrupting the normal system operation, that is, the file system is fully accessible to normal usage. Furthermore, our implementation is robust in the sense that hidden data must be restorable despite user interaction.
