SiliconSteppe is the project for hackhathon about messaging without internet on android

This is a simple project that covers simple functions of chat via Wifi hostspot, Chat written in Java, Android Studio. It have group and private chat. Private chat works with IP choosing, and group chat allow to send eveything. In Private Chat you can share photo and files. The Create Button creates hotspot from current device, then to him connect people.
