The column titles for Fiat Received, COIN Sold and COIN Purchased are misleading.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a new coin
2. Get confused.
   (I didn't actually incur a COST in us dollars to get this crypto, that is confusing)
   (I didn't actually RECEIVE us dollars, should I put zero here? don't do it!)
   (I didn't actually PURCHASE it came as a gift...)
   (I didn't actually SELL i used the coin to by a cup of coffee...)

Expected behavior
Change "Fiat Cost" to "Fiat Value"
Change "Fiat Received" to "Fiat Value"
Change "COIN Purchased" to "COIN Acquired"
Change "COIN Sold" to "COIN Disposed"
