Thanks for the work, I am trying to start fiddling with it, but am very interested in the project.
I was thinking about converting the readme to markdown format, to make it more GitHub friendly, does this have any interest for you?

The Methane Number (MN) calculations use the H/C method which are relatively easy but not very accurate, especially for gases that contain CO or H2. I've done some research in this area and have a paper I can share if desired. From my research, I've developed a more accurate method for MN calculations for a broader range of natural gases. I unzipped the file to my own /opt directory
ran: theuns@ubuntu:/opt$ mono DWSIM.exe
Cannot open assembly 'DWSIM.exe': No such file or directory.

Then I Searched the unzip folder:

I'm obviously doing something wrong but cannot see what?

Hi Daniel,
I noticed that trying to debug with VB 2010 express and I get the following errors:

file Resx not valid. Impossible to find the required value 'Ctrl'. Row 827, position 5 (file FormFlowsheet.resx)
file Resx not valid. Impossible to find the required value 'Ctrl'. Row 602, position 5 (file frmSurface.resx)
file Resx not valid. Impossible to find the required value 'Ctrl'. Row 227, position 5 (file FormMain.resx)
file Resx not valid. Impossible to find the required value 'Ctrl'. Row 347, position 5 (file SpreadsheetForm.resx)

Also, going to Project>Properties of DWSIM>Resources I get 67 warnings for complaining about icons names not being valid identificators.
