Installed GNapi with:
install.packages("remotes") library(remotes) install_github("rqtl/GNapi")

Then installing BXDtools:
remotes::install_github("DannyArends/BXDtools")
Results in an error about importing "info_dataset" from GNapi (line 5 of the BXDtools NAMESPACE file)

Latest commit to the GNapi NAMESPACE file: 7af9473, removes "info_dataset" from line 8, so now only exporting "list_datasets".

Removing "info_dataset" [from being imported from GNapi] from line 5 of the BXDtools NAMESPACE file seemed to fix the problem

Hi, I was trying to run the test.BXD() function within the "BXD-utils.R" script, but get the following error:

source("BXD-utils.R")
test.BXD()

Error in plot.phewas(scores, bxd.phenosomes, TRUE, main = "BXD PheWAS at Affy_5122277 (Chr 8 - 54,959,871)") : object 'scores' not found

The function works fine up to the "plot.phewas" function, accessing other functions within the BXDtools package, and the provided datasets.
Also if I manually run it line by line, the 'scores' object is fine and "plot.phewas" works.

I wondered if it was something to do with the function not outputting the 'scores' object to the global environment to then be accessed by the "plot.phewas" function, but other objects are generated ok without explicitly being output
