Which would be preferred setting options in the web or having churn read options from the .churn file which would let you set things like files to ignore, churn threshold, churn start date, and which branch to churn.

Since churn gem already uses a .churn I am thinking hooking into that is simpler, but it does require projects to add a file to get better data from the app.

add option to do full history or a history limited by total number of commits not total days.

This might be a good option to allow in the .churn file or perhaps we could detect this when we fail to find any changes in the last 60 days.
