Consider drawing from a larger dataset
The current small dataset only appears to cover the Atlantic. Try one of these for more coverage:

Add labels to each Dataset
We have code that downloads the data and creates a small random subset of them, cut between the tropics, subtropics, and polar regions. The next step is to add labels to each of these, combine them into one big dataset, and write it out to CSV
