When the keyboard buttons up/down are pressed, the player should move up and down

This manager will keep track of the score of the game

Create game window and title. When the window closes the application should shut down.

1. Create the Xcode project
2. Commit the project to the GitHub repository
3. Download the SDL2 packages and store it within the project
4. Test that the packages are properly loaded within the project (with a hello world application)
5. Commit the content to the repository
6. Get latest from another machine and validate build and run scenario.

This should include both paddles movement.

Player 1: A (up), Z (down)
Player 2: J (up), M (down)

Bound the player movement to the game

Display frames per second, this should be toggled on/off with a hotkey (F12)

Just to get something running, the AI will follow the ball depending on it's location along the Y-axis. There are obvious issues with this, for starters the AI will most always win, and while following the ball the paddle updates at such a granular position that the movement isn't fluid

For now it might be simpler to just pause the game when the window is minimized
