Automatically sub in container version on helm deploy
When the helm chart deploys it should use the same tag for the docker container as for the app & chart versions.
Circleci should sub this in using the tag version used for the other deploys.
Move helm repo
Helm chart is publishing to helm.demery.com.au which does not currently support SSL
It should be moved to helm.demery.net which is exposed via cloudflare and has SSL.
Failed publish crons stack up
Currently if rabbit cannot be reached or some other error occurs resulting in an unsuccessful CronJob run, the pending runs all stack up and then when the situation is resolved they all publish their messages to the queue.
Instead, there should only be able to be a single queued cron execution at any one time.
