concourse-vis package

A plugin to preview Concourse pipelines in Atom.

  • ctrl + alt + p to view the pipeline pane.
  • Click on any job or resource to jump to that object in your pipeline definition.
  • Use the mouse to move and scale your pipeline, just like in concourse itself.

concourse-vis's Issues

VS Code support?

Are there any plans to release this as an extension for VS Code?

Sublime integration

Any plans down the road to have a sublime package equivalent for the pipeline visualization? -Thanks!

Jump to job does not always work

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open pipeline yml
  2. Open pipeline pane
  3. Click on any job on the pipeline pane

Expected:
pipeline source editor jumps to job definition

Actual:
Nothing happens.

Workaround:
Click into editor and back into pipeline pane.
Now Job selection works.

Note: Maybe related, if you edit something in the pipeline sources jump to job works only after you switched focus again, i.e. click pane, click source, click pane again.

Hangups in Atom for OSX

Any time I use concourse-vis in atom for OSX I get hangups within about 3-5 minutes. I haven't been able to run down the cause, but restarting atom seems to resolve the issue. Wonderful tool otherwise, any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

Still active? New Ownership?

So I see the last update for this code was about 2 years ago and there are new issues being reported. Has this project been abandoned? If so, would the owner be willing to give up ownership?
I would hate to make a fork of this and try to get things fixed and delivered to the masses if the original owner intends to keep things up.
