Disconnected ligature choice

I found that the new Koulen has a different approach to building the ligature. While it looks okay within the rest of the base letter, the disconnection in the alternate form of ba-khmer is a bit strange. The hair of ba-khmer ligature should be a bit longer?

Mark collisions

The current Koulen version on Google Fonts has several mark collisions.
Test text: ប្រូប្រួប្ដារ៉ែជីវិប៊័ប៊៎

Also the height of coeng-ro and below vowels are not the same. Vowels are deeper than the coeng-ro.
