Great work !
But i'am little confused when use the code and file provided.

In total, we extracted 551 drugs with 1915 known targets (702 unique targets, 3.48 targets per drug on average).

As you mentioned in 'A systematic approach to orient the human protein–protein interaction network', but when i download the drug_targets.txt under the github/Diffuse2Direct/DrugsInfo/input/, i find 578 drugs with 2040 known targets (746 unique targets).

Didn't i find the right file or something else?
Will it influnece my useage with the code in the github?
