This project provides the dashboards and charts of the Uber Ridership Data using Tableau. Tableau helps you to see and understand trends, outliers, and patterns in data, and to share your insights with others.

Introduction:

The data given contains the information about Uber's ridership

Dataset Information:

  1. Request ID: Ride request ID
  2. Date: Date of request
  3. Request time: Time at which the ride was requested
  4. Dropoff time: Time at which the ride was completed
  5. Pickup Point: Customer’s pickup spot
  6. Driver ID: Driver’s unique identification number
  7. Status: Ride status

Problem Statement: Perform the following tasks using Tableau with the aim to identify patterns which indicate:

  • The major time slots when the demand is more
  • Identify the factors that impact incomplete requests
  • Highlight the supply - demand relationship
