The readme states that in the $csvFileConfig array you set datasource to 'csv' - this is incorrect, and seemingly so is the naming convention used. If you look here you'll see how it's supposed to be named and referenced: http://book.cakephp.org/2.0/en/models/datasources.html

So in the $csvFileConfig, 'datasource' should be set to 'CsvSource'. In /app/Model/Datasource the csv source file should be called CsvSource.php (the class name is obviously 'CsvSource'.
