It's taking ~60s to render and the reasons are unclear to me. It appears there aren't a ton of duplicate queries performed, so it's not the usual select_related/prefetch_related:

A few hints that I see when wiring it up to my local machine:

Not much happening with the DB

Warning from REST about pagination

.../rest_framework/pagination.py:208: UnorderedObjectListWarning: Pagination may yield inconsistent results with an unordered object_list: <class 'budget.models.ContentPlacement'> QuerySet.
  paginator = self.django_paginator_class(queryset, page_size)

High CPU time

This seems high to me, but I don't really know what to make of it:

The elapsed time is unacceptably high, but it doesn't seem like it's burning active CPU time.
