Per mongobee#116, this fork of Mongobee was created to solve mongobee#106. That issue was was also solved by a different public fork (cybuch/mongobeeJ) in December 2018 (cybuch/mongobeeJ#1). That said, I don't know how active the maintainers of cybuch/mongobeeJ are planning to be. There haven't been any issues reported or changes made since May 2019, but that could just be due to the relative stability & simplicity of the library.

The ecosystem doesn't need two nearly-identical parallel forks of Mongobee if both are being maintained. It might be worth reaching out to the maintainers of cybuch/mongobeeJ and see whether the two libraries should be merged.

just switched to your Mongobee version today after upgrading my spring-boot application to 2.3.1.RELEASE.
Right now I cant run my application, because the spring-data seems to pull mongodb-drivers in version 4.0.4 and they do not provide anymore the MongoClientURI and other symbols. Had the hope this was one of the adjustments already made
