Thanks for reporting this. The error you're seeing is because statsmodels is its own package now (as opposed to being part of scikits, like sklearn used to be).

There have been lots of improvements and fixes to metaseq recently, but I have not yet merged them all back into master or uploaded to PyPI. For now, please use the v0.5dev branch on github -- it has much better bigwig support, better binning, improved testing, and an API that will remain more stable over future development.

Thanks! Switching to v0.5dev helped, but then I got ImportError: No module named integration. What fixed it was adding 'metaseq.integration' to setup.py, which is what is in this pull request: #5

And for kicks I also changed the version.py to be 0.5dev (from 0.1dev) because it was confusing when I was installing over the pip version with the v0.5dev branch.
