As a user, I want to see a login and register pages so that will let me use the application.

As a user, I want to see a list of my topics and add new topics to it so that will let me see what I watch and add new objects to watching.

Each object has a name, and "is active" flag.

Topic example:

Topics list page should show progress animation during the data retrieving, "empty widget" when no topics and regular topic list when non-empty array of topics is retrieved.
