After authenticating the page redirect to /updateProfile which i should implement the question asked

1. country, state, mobile input with calling code.

2. On change Country, state and mobile calling code will also change.

3. Can add/remove multiple times by clicking the add more button.

4. on submit need proper validation (for each row added, all fields are mandatory).

5. clicking on the submit button shows each selected country, state and mobile no in a row.
