Complaint Submission - 404: Page Not Found (on production and localhost) about translang HOT 2 CLOSED

when I submit a complaint it now gives a different error (500 Internal Server Error). However, the complaint is still added to the database and it doesn't produce an actual error so I think this should all be fine after I changed the line to:

let res = await fetch("/api/handler"

This is similar to the axios fetch only needing "/api/handler".

@FusionStreak still this same console error pops up but it doesn't seem to cause any problems, since it has to do with retrieving the most recent complaint from the database, and this is only needed for the home page.
