The whitespace above and below the list look off since when you highlight like in the screenshot below it sticks out:

- add icons as seen below (I like the inbox one but don't have a preference for the others, and maybe the current submitted complaints one isn't the best)

- space out these buttons and change it from a profile picture (the "R") to their display name -- for this I can figure out how to retrieve the user's display name from firebase authentication

Looks great for regular users now! In the future, we may want to alter this for the superuser to have different icons and of course different corresponding buttons here.
