As a developer, I'd like a well-readable version of the cost-function in the report, so I can look it up in the report and use it as a reference.

As a developer, I'd like to find the report in the doc/ directory, so I can extend it.

As a user I want to define

• the sizes of the input as a matlab range (start:step:stop),
• optionally, a source for randomness (default: /dev/urandom), and
• the implementations to be tested as a list of strings
  on the command line, so I don't need to change the source files if I want to test with a different configuration.
