Summary

Running the pasreporter via schedule job (automatic mode) - this jobs never ends, even if i start manually from command prompt. I have let this run for over 3 hours (while normally from GUI it finishes in 25-40 minutes)

Running the pasreporter via schedule job (automatic mode) - this jobs never ends, even if i start manually from command prompt. I have let this run for over 3 hours (while normally from GUI it finishes in 25-40 minutes).

Steps to Reproduce

Run following command from admin command promt:
C:\PASReporter>"PAS Reporter.exe" /full /silent /force /close

or any combination of command line parameters.

Expected Results

The job never finishes, the PAS Reporter automatic mode log.txt file shows:

Force: True (terminates running PAS Reporter instance)

Silent: True (silently runs and ends PAS Reporter)
Continue on error: False (tries retrieving config files if EVD failed)
Minimized: False (starts PAS Reporter in minimized window)

Environment setup

pas reporter running on windows 2019 (AWS ec2 instance)

• Can you describe the environment in which this product is running? Is it running on a VM / in a container / in a cloud?
• Which cloud provider? Which container orchestrator (including version)?
