K8 instructions failing with file not found error

Summar

Hi Team,
When running below command: kubectl apply -f db/db.yml

getting error :
root@server:~# kubectl apply -f db/db.yml
error: the path "db/db.yml" does not exist

Provide brief overview and context for the discovered bug.

Steps to Reproduce

Start conjur-instruqt kubernetes tutorial
Follow steps till Typical Kubernetes Application
Execute command kubectl apply -f db/db.yml
See error

Expected Results

File db.yml should exists

Actual Results

File does not exist.
