.cwt config files for Crusader Kings II

To use these copy the contents of this repository and place it in a folder called .cwtools in the folder you open in vscode. E.g. if your mod is located at Crusader Kings II\mod\my_mod, you would extract this folder into Crusader Kings II\mod\my_mod\.cwtools.
