On the how to compile instructions, it is stated that python 3.7 is required. I am using 3.5.6 which works fine. A lot of modules broke on 3.7, and not everyone wants to update because of this, so it is quite important to correctly document this. I believe the latest pyinstaller works on 3.3 minimum although I maybe wrong.

and tools like 4nxci is not a replacement for it
it's a good handy tool for building nsps (which are pfs0 containers without hash table)
i think you should update readme, remove outdated stuff, and clarify that this tool is just for packing ncas into nsp and it doesn't touch ncas (if they don't run, it's not tool's fault, just ncas don't pass switch checks or they are corrupted)
