I am getting this error while trying to install this package:
Could not install package 'Cube.Native.Ghostscript 10.1.1'. You are trying to install this package into a project that targets '.NETFramework,Version=v4.8', but the package does not contain any assembly references or content files that are compatible with that framework. For more information, contact the package author.

VisualStudio 2019 (16.8.1) にて、Cube.Native.Ghostscript への依存を含むパッケージをインストールしようとしたところ以下のエラーが発生しインストールできないようでした。

パッケージ 'Cube.Native.Ghostscript 9.53.3' をインストールできませんでした。このパッケージを '.NETFramework,Version=v4.8' を対象とするプロジェクトにインストールしようとしていますが、そのフレームワークと互換性があるアセンブリ参照またはコンテンツ ファイルがパッケージに含まれていません。詳細については、パッケージの作成者に問い合わせてください。

調べたところ以下のQAを発見し、パッケージ内に通常のアセンブリファイルが存在しないことが原因のようでした。

このため、上記投稿の回答にあるように

Just adding an empty lib folder to my root package directory fixed it.

NuGet Package Explorer より Cube.Native.Ghostscript パッケージのルートに空の /lib を追加しローカルソースからインストールしたところ問題なくインストールされました。
