A user searched for rainfall rate and surface runoff and found that although the rainfall runoff shows non zero values, the surface runnoff shows all zero values. See files attached. Is this an issue on our end with the harvesting? Or is it a NASA [issue?](url)

HIS Central Catalog Report showed that GLEON_LakeAnnie did not properly harvest. I tested the network through HIS Central and found that 3 sites had issues:
1:GLEON_Lake Annie Buoy
2:GLEON_Lake Annie Dock
3:GLEON_Lake Annie Archbold Main Grounds Weather Station

On HydroClient only 2:GLEON_Lake Annie Dock showed up as a search result.
Investigating through SQL, i found that all three sites have data values associated with them so they should show up on HydroClient.

HydroClient workspace shows incorrect unit for GLDAS. Instead of kg/m^2/sec it shows "kg/m^2/"

A user found that NetworkID 5572 was not successfully downloading on HydroClient. I looked into and confirmed this issue. Martin found that there are only 10 timeseries in the ODM database and 10 corresponding series in the catalog, however the user said their were 14 time series. He did not make any changes to the data recently. Not all of the data was harvested properly. We still have not identified the root cause of the issue but the data that is available on HC is at least now downloading successfully (as it was reharvested).
