Due to some changes to Yahoo Weather API, jquery.simpleWeather is no longer working and the project does not display the weather anymore.

Not too familiar with version constraints for composer, but it appears the dependencies require a higher PHP version.

it feels as though this is an inappropriate place to post this, but i can find no where else to post it, save for emailing you, and i do believe that people may benefit from seeing this, so here goes -

firstly, nginx just brought the "further configuration required" page up when using default port 80, like in your guide. upon changing it to 8080, the web app loaded, but there was nothing but time and date available - i cannot find a way to configure it to send me greetings or weather anywhere. i've followed your guide verbatim, save for installing chromium through the repository

Sorry, I've looked through all of the config files, and I couldn't find where to change the weather location. Could you point me in the right direction? thanks so much, and I'm sure my wife is going to love her MirrorMirror!

It would be great if the monitor could go to sleep when no motion is detected for 5 minutes. Would make this usable in a bedroom. You could get really fancy and do face recognition with the PI camera, or go the traditional route: https://www.adafruit.com/products/189

• setup instructions
• todo items
• current functionality

The problem that I am having is that I have both the weather, the time, and date are showing up correctly. However the greetings that are supposed to appear on the screen are not showing up. So I was wondering If anyone can help me out with this problem. I am doing this project for a final in my innovation class. So if you need me to post any specific code that might be causing the problem please tell me. So that I can get this completed. Thank you in advanced any help is appreciated.

Would be cool if you could see all your days evemts at a glance. Also mysic support but then you'd need speakers or bluetooth.a sports widget would be cool too

Reckon this is something that could be released as PHP/HTML/JS only so that is can be run of a normal server running on a normal machine (instead of built specifically for Rasp?)
