Clean up homepage

We'd like to submit a URL for Hack Juno (https://medium.com/hack-juno-dao/hack-juno-280670cd71b2)

I currently threw up a simple page using create-react-app of the TypeScript variety. I threw in some custom color palette that we can consider.

This ticket is to create a super simple landing page.

Some header which says "CSLI tools" and a subheader, "๐Ÿ—ฃ "sizzly" is a set of DevX tools for Cosmos blockchains"

Then front and center, a big screenshot of the dashboard we're working on. Or it could be a short video.

Strategy: What is this thing

Smart contracts are not hard, and you don't have to make them perfect.
We're here to fill in the gaps, reduce your confusion, and get your dApp completed!

Here's what we recommend:

  1. Write bad code
  2. See it work!
  3. Continue building, see it work!
  4. Fix the bad code

To clarify, "bad code" doesn't mean insecure code, it means using a for loop instead of using Rust's iterator pattern. Only at first! In the Declaration of Rights for developers, we decree that every developer deserves a recurring hit of dopamine, and that often comes in the form of seeing your creation work! On a local chain or testnet! Not on mainnet! So much excitement! Why am I still yelling!

We believe that the creative process is sacred and software creativity draws from the lessons of other arts. You don't learn guitar by trying to master Radiohead's song, "Go to Sleep" with tricky strumming. You learn some easier power chords and jam out some Green Day. An acrylic painter doesn't learn on a mural. They start on smaller pieces and take joy in their completion. Any book author will tell you the writing and editing are separate, and you must enjoy the small wins during the barf-on-the-page part of the writing process.

Software creativity is the same, so let's bake in breaks for dopamine hits ("it works!") while we pour out our idea. Then we'll go back and edit it, just like any literary agent would instruct of you.

That's kinda the manifesto I'm going for here.
