is this a usable library

For example, this works:

#[pkd(3, 0, 4, 4)]
pub remainder_4_bits: u8,

but this doesn't:

#[pkd(3, 0, 4, 4)]
pub remainder_4_bits: u16,

I tried to add support for removable media to BlockDevice which currently only supports reading, writing and providing the logical size of the medium.
I'm by far no expert in SCSI but It seems that TestUnitReady is the correct command to indicate that the Medium is not present via the status code.
But this particular command, even so sent by my host every 2 seconds according to Wireshark USB, is never provided to process_command() for handling. I tried to understand your source code but it is difficult for me to get a grip on it.
I don't understand the reason why TestUnitReady is not relayed all the way through.
