やっていきます。
リポジトリルートに GitHub ID のディレクトリを切り、直下に README.md という名前でファイルを配置してください。
尚、 md2inao を利用する可能性が高いので、一応あっちのマニュアルも読んでおいてください。

TitleAuthorfork は好きにしてください。 issue を切るのも好きにしてください。ただ、自分で切ったら管理してください。
PR 形式で査読者を求める場合もお好きにどうぞ。自分でマージしてください。基本的には master 一本で行きます。問題は起こってから考えます。

どう考えてもその開催日だと年度末が締め切りになるし技術書典の運営何考えてるのって感じなんですけど、名乗り出てくれる人がいることを祈っています。
