azure-70-532-practice-test's Issues

Clicking on links and then going back loses context

Enhancement suggestion: When clicking on a link provided at the bottom of a question such as the link for the full source for the exam, the URL does not open in a new window and going back takes you all the way back to the start of the exam so all answers in the objective are lost. It would be better to open URLs in a new window by default rather than forcing the user to remember to use "open in new tab or window"

Objective 1.2 question 35

The question says:

Azure Web Apps automatically support SSL for the http://{sitename}.azurewebsites.net domain.

It would be better to remove the "http://" part, as SSL is only supported on "https" and that could be confusing, considering you meant the domain itself.

Question 2 in Create and manage virtual machines - wrong answer

All the choices should be correct even though the correct answer indicates only Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2012 R2, since the question asks for what versions are supported as Azure virtual machines, and not which versions are available in the market place. Reference: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2721672
The question either needs to state which versions are available in the Marketplace or require all choices to be selected.
Which Windows Server versions are supported as Azure Virtual Machines?
Windows Server 2003
Windows Server 2008
Windows Server 2008 R2
Windows Server 2012
Windows Server 2012 R2

Question 25 in objective 1.2 incorrect (Defining virtual directory/virtual application mapping in new portal)

The correct answer reflects steps for defining a custom domain in preview portal and the choices do not present an answer to meeting the objective for a virtual directory.

What are the steps for defining a Virtual Directory or Virtual Application mapping in the preview portal?
Navigate to the management portal at https://manage.windowsazure.com
Navigate to the management portal at https://portal.azure.com
Navigate to the blade for the Azure Web App
Click "All settings" link to open the Settings blade
Click on the "manage domains" button
Click "Custom domains and SSL" to open the Web App custom domains and SSL blade

Question 4 in Objective Deploy and manage virtual machines - Wrong answer and unsuitable valid choices

All of the choices are indicated as correct answers, but there is no virtual machines section and none of the choices actually selects a virtual machine with the current version of the preview portal. (You need to simply click on the image you want rather than using marketplace - there is no "virtual machines" section - the selections are grouped by platform or functionality type of server (i.e. database server, Windows based, Linux-based, Security + Protection, etc.)

What are the steps for creating a Windows Virtual Machine within the Preview Portal?
Navigate to the management portal at https://manage.windowsazure.com
Navigate to the management portal at https://portal.azure.com
Click "New", the "Compute"
Click "Azure Marketplace" to open up the Marketplace blade
Scroll down to the "Virtual Machines" section and select "Windows Server"
Select the version of Windows Server desired and click "Create"
Enter the VM settings and click "Create
