Extend the functionality of the checkbox select feature in vuetables to handle selection on row click.

@kingy04 before we release the new components for the Journal's project we will need to make sure their docs are up to date.

I will create a prerelease for these components so the Journal project can be moved onto the preview server, but could you update these docs before we release the Journals project?

This is a nice to have and is something that should be built into semantic so it can be css driven.

When using the datagrid in a sidebar or modal a console error can occur when using this component as when the refresh method is called the datagrid is no longer present.

We could check if this.$refs.vuetable.$el exists before calling this code to prevent this? @BrockReece?

add workaround used in the journals spa for use in other SPA's

Create a new component that will basically wrap the HTML5 datepicker input as a starting point.

We should probably be keeping on top of theses updates so there isn't a big bang in the future.
Carve out some time for this.

On the datagrid component, add some logic to only show the pagination bar at the bottom if there is pagination data.

The date range input is clipping the second date, make the input larger.

When I try to clone, the repository created didn't work fine, because said me that I have change without commit, but recently I had cloned it.

I tried in a Windows, I guess that the problem it's the file src/Icon that it tries to download.

The date range component seems to default to using a single date, even if you pass through a date range (different start and end dates).

User Stories:
As a user i would like to see a expandable/collapsable item with some relevant content within

Requirements:
Create a new style component for the above with props for the item header text and a slot for the content within it

The date range component fails to render when used in our croud-sidebar component, further more the style/layout of the popup is not consistent with the styles when used on the filter bar

Create a number input component with a default min value of 0
This could be overridden through props.

It seems like an update of styleguidist has stopped some of our components from showing. They seem to be mainly third party components (vue-full-calendar, croud-forms).

Investigate and fix issue.
