Number of class is wrong
I am also working on MRbrainS18. I found that your number of class is wrong. It must be 9 (from 0 to 8) and label 9,10 are ignored during training. Hope it help.
One more thing, you should leave one subject for validation (such as 14 or 148 or 1....). What is performance (DSC) do you obtain? I just achieved 0.84 DSC on average. I think it is not so good.
