We want to establish a way to share amplify export configs for shared environments to accelerate development speed.

Right now a tenant manager gets no direct feedback loop whether the resulting pinpoint campaign was successful or how many endpoints received the SMS.

We want to provide more transparency for a tenant manager about success rates and KPIs.

Code coverage is currently not measured. So we are a bit blind on this eye.

We want to constantly measure code coverage with every pull request and show the current coverage in the README.

Describe the bug
The github action to build the frontend fails if no aws-exports.js file was found.

To Reproduce
Delete the aws-exports.js file in the src folder and run npm run build.

Expected behavior
The github action should create an empty aws-exports.js file during the workflow run

We want to have the option to run the frontend on a localhost that communicates against a mocked GraphQL Api.

With regards to GDPR we have to be transparent in what data we collect (phone number) for what purpose. The test pool attendees (or their representatives) need to be informed about this.

We want to support the tenant managers and provide a downloadable or printable summary of the data privacy statements. What we have right now is the following guidance text we can start with

Im Zuge der Einführung der Lollipop-Tests in unserer Einrichtung, werden wir Ihre Handynummer die Sie zwecks Kontaktaufnahme bei uns hinterlegt haben, in unser System zur automatischen Weiterleitung der Pool-Test-Ergebnisse einspeisen. Dies ist wichtig um die Informationswege kurz zu halten und die Weiterleitung der Testergebnisse zuverlässig und schnell an Sie weitergeben zu können. So ist es uns möglich, einen effektiven Infektionsschutz zu ermöglichen und Infektionsketten frühzeitig zu unterbinden.
Die Handynummer wird ausschließlich dazu verwendet, Sie im Falle eines positiven Pool-Tests über das Testergebnis dieses Pool-Tests zu informieren. Die Handynummer wird nicht Dritte weitergegeben. Einzig die KiTa-Leitung hat einen Zugriff auf die hinterlegten Daten.
Das System wird nur für die Dauer der Durchführung der Lollipop-Tests verwende. Nach Abschaltung des Systems werden Ihre Daten automatisch gelöscht.
