App::cpantested - delegate testing to the cloud

Pre-filter the output from the cpan-outdated utility, joining it with the results from the CPAN Testers Reports.

By default, considers "installable" a distribution that has any test that:

• Has a PASS grade;

• Has the same Perl version as the target system;

• Has the same OS name as the target system.
