This would allow us to remove the verified tag from Veterans and would remove the need for Issue #10

Pretty much have 2 buttons one for applying as ally, one for SPUDs, this way the instructions can be less cluttered when DMing an applicant.

In addition maybe add a different colour to the embed of an ally compared to a member

A second submission without a screenshot uses the previous screenshot

If a User submits an application with a screenshot, then submits a second without any additional input, it repeats the previous screenshot.

Command to close all applications that are still in the DM stage to be used after war end.
Including a message telling them the war has ended and therefore the application process was halted, explain to reapply once they reopen 1 hour after war start.

Would be good to have all DM's for a unique verification attempt in one log.
