This will take time, but I guess we can make it with the right infrastructure, provide 200 video cameras at the same time is amazing, let us work on this in javascript, I currently can stream up to 20, but multiplying that with 10 more times is something I look to achieve with this software.
I would like to see the platform deployed on the admin's end, is it possible to do that?
I am thinking of creating some milestones for the project to move forwards from there, this project has a lot of potential especially that it is very lightweight, I can handle the milestones section if needed
Thanks!
I do not understand what sfu server we use ? like janus or other sfu server
Hello,
I came to know this while searching for an interactive whiteboard. I would say it is a great effort and amazing product in progress.
I am little bit familiar with node js and webrtc as i am a java developer. I want to deploy it for my new learning management system but the installation guide should be more clear which will become easy for a java developer to set it up, something like with commands and port settings.
Node js is installed on my system(windows 10), source code is downloaded locally but how to proceed ahead to run on local and move to gcp.
Thanks
Deepak
I would like to see a control panel that is different than other platforms, I would like to see it in the following concept:
The host will signin, he/she can either join directly or they can add a list of people who can be added into the session with their emails, once this is done the emails will be sent with a unique login link to each person, this way we can save a ton of spam getting into the meeting!, the meeting participants can join the meeting directly and they can enjoy the meeting.
What do you think?
I think that recording sessions is of top priority as it is something essential for users to rewatch the session, let's also work on that what do you say?
I think this is a very important topic, we need to create a an SDK for mobile, now here is what I think works with the all mobile platforms:
Hi, I am looking to expand on this project as it has some good potential, I want cracker0dks to approve this and maybe we can start to build something good on top of this, let me know please if anyone would be interested and let's move on from there.
Best,
Elias,
I am trying to find out how the platform works because I really want to develop on this platform well so any help is heavily appreciated:
Freeswitch
Kurento
Red5
I think you know the function of these engines so I would like to know what you used from them so that I can develop further
It is highly important to do a list of engines that are being used in the platform!
Thank you!
Every system that has a whiteboard and a chat module needs to have breakout rooms, it is just the core of the system, let us work on the breakout rooms and shared notes modules, I can work on these along too.
I saw that you have shared this repo here: https://github.com/cracker0dks/nodeJsVoip, and it is honestly amazing, I would like to ask, would it be possible to integrate this repo into this project? Because avoiding webrtc helps a lot with create native iOS apps, let me know if that would be a possibility.
Thanks
Hi, this project is amazing honestly, but I would like to collaborate, I guess we can do something excellent together, how can I join this project?
I tried joining another project but the problem with the other one is that it is peer-2-peer (P2P), I am thinking of giving this a go and doing it with you guys, let me know how we can collaborate.
Best,
Elias
This could save a ton of money if implemented for all, I mean you only pay for what you use and the amount you use, so why pay for a server that you might not use all the time, so here I guess using serverless infrastructure is a perfect solution. Especially that you are based on javascript and can deploy using docker, let me show you what I think is the best and why I am requesting more info about serverless deployment.
Let me know your thoughts!
Elias
PLs tell in a video full tuorial pls
I am thinking of creating a documentation file for this project to explain more about the installation should, how many users can the system handle on specific server requirements... I can also handle this one, but I would like to chat with the main developers first.
I would like to run Accelerator on a local network using the host machine IP: 192.16.1..xxx as the url instead of 127.0.0.1. I have tried to do this by changing urls in various parts of the code. However when the landing page asking for username served, the microphone and camera popup is not served. The behavior is the same for unmodified code. Is it possible to expose the system on a local network without an external server? Application works perfectly on one machine with two separate browsers on 127.0.0.1.
So I am trying to install with docker but I am not that good with docker devops, If you can provide some good and clear steps on what to do from scratch it would be great!
Thanks
Hello team
please specify the server requirements needed for the application to install
When running behind reverse proxy, there is no need to have HTTPS.
Also, maybe just remove this feature completely for simplicity, so TLS is always handled by the web server? What is the current best practice for node applications?
