Introduction

This is a Task application reads grammar transformation messages from a JDBC database that sends out a slack message for each message.

Build the project

To build the demo project

./mvnw clean package

To build the docker image

./mvnw -DskipTests -U package dockerfile:build
Note
 Make sure you are using Java 8 when building docker image.

To create and seed the purchase order table execute the DDL below.

CREATE TABLE message
(
   message varchar(255)
);

Configurations

Establish the URL for Slack using the following property

io.spring.slack.url=<Your slack URL>
