Can not compile cpclib-disc

Hello,

When calling cargo build in cpclib-disc directory, I got this errors :

error[E0557]: feature has been removed
 --> cpclib-disc/src/lib.rs:1:12

Rename `cpclib::image::ConversionRule::ZeroSkipOddPixels` as `cpclib::image::ConversionRule::ModeZeroSkipOddPixels`

Add support of fake instructon SUB HL,BC/DE/HL" (i.e. `SUB HL,BC` generates `CP A` + `SBC HL,BC`)

Replace reqwest by ureq

ureq https://crates.io/crates/ureq does not use async in its guts.
This change will allow to compile the xfer crate on haiku

Add a short syntax for repetition of simple opcodes without using repeat / endrepeat

Check that guards in included files execute the pass other than 0

as if/eslse and so on are treates as directives and not preprocessing, I doubt it is it the case. A workaround would be to use include once like directive

Fix `palette!` macro

It fails when used in one project:

Handle undocumented opcode in assembler

parse of arguments with copy should be ok; but theiur assembling is not implemented (see DDCB/FDCB opcodes)
For Bit/Set parsing has to be modified to integrate the save of this 3rd argument

Add DSK directive similarly to rams one

[basm] Allow to save ascii files in DSK/HFR

Ascii files (i.e. files without header) are saved only on the host computer.
It would be great to allow to save them on virtual disc too

Allow a BaseListing to be printed

Fix this issue
