I get this error when trying to :Search >>

Error detected while processing function Search: line 1: E836: This Vim cannot execute :python after using :py3 E263: Sorry, this command is disabled, the Python library could not be loaded. Press ENTER or type command to continue

I played around with it because I use VimPlug and well honestly :py3 is in the error. I did try change the path without changing the python file extention.

function! Search(arg) pyfile ~/.vim/plugged/VimSearch/plugin/vimSearch.py3 endfunc command! -nargs=1 Search call Search(<f-args>)

I still received the same error.

I installed the taskwarrior plugin you call - no luck.

Also tried adding a #!/usr/bin/python || #!/usr/bin/python3 line at the top of your python file.

What I learned - I have no idea what I am doing, also one can write vim plugins in python! Nice. Excited to get this working if you have any direction or thoughts (even just :help vimscript or whatever) that would be great. If I play with it and get it working I will send you a PR for a branch or something.

This is what I get when trying to run the :Search command. I have python installed. Running on OpenBSD 5.8.
