Can logic such as "must have this privilege", "but not if that privilege" be applied inside the cui-access directive?

We have a use case where we want to show certain features for users who have a specific privilege but hide the feature if the user has the first privilege AND they have another privilege.

I am working on packaging the barebones as a downloadable zip file and putting it in the SDK directly… I have done that, and now testing the app… I’ve run bower install and npm install without a hitch and then i ran grunt. I get the following error. Do I run something else first, or, are we missing a dependency in the bower.json

@louismb The cui-icon directive does not render SVGs as expected in IE11. It behaves as expected in other major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc). It also seems to work in IE11 when used inside other directives, such as the step-indicator.
