We should add support for testing plugins and create basic tests.

Would have sass styles.

Also would be great to be able to import grafana styles as well

npm install command ends up with the following error:

Во время сборки webpack ругается на графановские пути, что можно с этим сделать?

Can this be used to bundle and import node modules installed through npm? I'm getting undefined errors in grafana when I try the following.

npm install underscore
npm run build

... import _ from 'underscore' ...

It would be useful to have tool like npm init to generate plugin template. With options like:

• name
• plugin ID
• CSS / SASS
• JS / TS
• etc.

It would nice to have ts instead of js
