There were scripts in the /ask repo for deploying on Heroku. Would it be possible to get those back?

While running through the install docs, I ran into some issues that either weren't mentioned in the guide, or were wrong. Here's a list of what I found (based on my memory)

Setup Ask instance

1. The guide instructs you to configure the instances' volume with 10G of space, but the AMI enforces 15G
2. Step 12 prompts you to run docker-compose ps, before even installing it
3. There's a step missing to add the ubuntu user to the docker group. not really necessary, since sudo works without a password, but hey, just a thought. sudo usermod -a -G docker ubuntu

Set up S3 bucket & IAM User

1. The sample IAM policy won't work for uploading unless the resource ARN is arn:aws:s3:::YOUR-BUCKET-NAME-HERE/* edited to fix the ARN
2. The instructions claim "You will need the user ‘Access Key ID’ (Not the Secret Key) during the Ask Installation" but this is false, you'll need the secret, and you should note the region your bucket is in.

Ask Configuration Tool

1. It asks you to download an outdated install tool version (0.0.8 VS 0.0.10)
2. The example prompts could be updated to reflect the most recent configuration tool.
